Interesting, informative and wonderfully read
Queer people, trans people in particular, have always existed and this book shows how they tried to reach fulfillment and happiness despite the heavy judgement of society, the ridicule they were exposed to once "found out" and law enforcement. One of the books the "It's only a fad" homophobic people should read... Everyone should... Forever being thankful to them for showing how weak and fragile forced heteronormativity and gender stereotypes are.

una storia che non si racconta spesso
la storia queer merita di esser conosciuta meglio e questo libro racconta la vita di persone che hanno deciso di vivere diversamente da come la società si aspettava da loro; il libro racconta bene la complessità di queste figure e nell'attesa che venga tradotto in italiano, ascoltatelo perché merita davvero tanto
