How do three grown teenagers become victims in an area full of people at a popular public lake spot in Waco? Raylene, Jill, and Kenneth are found at Speegleville Park after they arrived, parked, and frequented Koehne Park, which was located on the other side of the lake. Nobody saw them leave, no screams, no commotion. What happened to Raylene, Jill, and Kenneth?
