  • Today we are talking about how to be less serious, unserious if you will. When we are taking life so seriously all the time, we are blocking inspiration and creativity.


    As creative we sometimes put so much pressure on our dreams and goals. In the era of hustle culture, we are working so hard in every area of life. Being the best business owner, mama, wife... While also trying to get 10,000 steps in, working out for an hour every day, having a super regimented schedule, jam packing everything into each day.


    Today I'm simply reminding you to play in the sand, go pumpkin picking (yes even those of you without kids), jump in a trampoline, skip down the street, sing or dance like no one is watching, take a freaking walk for the simple joy of it not to get your steps in. LIVE A LITTLE.
