  • The Greatest Hits of Austin's Music Scene with Jack Yoder | Vibe Austin S01 E05
    Mar 1 2023

If you’re someone who loves to reminisce about Austin’s “good old days,” this one’s for you! Jack Yoder joins Dan and Mark for Episode 05 of Vibe Austin to share stories about Austin’s music scene circa the 1980s, 1990s, and beyond. As a production manager for special occasions like Willie Nelson’s 4th of July Picnic, as well as various tours with Willie Nelson, Julio Iglesias, Frank Sinatra and other celebrated musicians, Jack has been deeply involved in the behind-the-scenes side of Austin’s music industry for decades. An Austin resident since 1978, Jack has a wealth of experiences that speak to what makes Austin’s community so unique. He sits down to spin some yarns about the musicians he has supported, his time on the road, and the most memorable nights he's spent in old — and new — Austin. Plus, Jack shares some valuable insights about how new Austinites can pay homage to our past in order to preserve our vibe for the future.
