    2. Meal Timing Challenge: For three days, stick to regular meal times. Notice how this impacts your cravings and energy.

    3. Stress-Busting Check-In: Try a non-food coping strategy when you’re stressed – take a walk, journal, or breathe deeply. See if it makes a difference.

    4. Sleep Tracker: Track your sleep for five days and observe how it affects your cravings and hunger.

    5. Reframe Your Self-Talk: When cravings hit, switch your thinking from “I can’t have this” to “I choose to fuel my body with what makes me feel strong.”
