After some health impilcations and a rollercoaster of a year filled with hospital visits, family illnesses, a breakup, and career shifts, it’s time to hit pause and listen to what my body needs. This space has brought me so much joy and growth, but right now, healing comes first.

    I’ll talk about how I’m reframing setbacks as a chance to grow, what I've learned from this wild ride, and why sometimes stepping back is the best way to move forward. I’m deeply grateful for all the support from you, the listeners, and the community we've built. This isn’t a goodbye – more like a “see you soon” – with hopes of coming back stronger.
